The world thought Rachel Herrington-Whyte had everything --youth, beauty, fame,
wealth, and a powerful husband. Only she knew that she hated her fame, her
husband was about to become an ex-husband, and her doctor had just told her she
had an incurable brain tumor.
Rachel wasn't about to give up on life. If
medical science couldn't do it for her, well, one wild and unconventional
treatment remained.
Mastror si Lor Canto had come to Earth with a hidden
purpose. As the foremost sexual healer of Cor'almere, he was determined to test
his theory that the primitive humans of Earth had untapped paranormal powers
that could boost his own.
For Rachel, seducing Lor is a matter of life
or death. And Lor suspects Rachel may hold the key to the expanded power he's
seeking. When the two of them come together for their own reasons, their passion
unleashes the power of sexual healing …
Sexual Rx: Who says laughter
is the best medicine?
Inside the book
- I originally called this book Sexual Healing but about two weeks before it was scheduled for publication another book came out with that title so I changed it to Sexual Rx. It's hard to let go of a title, but I've actually come to like the second choice better.
- Rachel's ex-husband is probably my most hated character, the good-for-nothing bastard. I wish I could say I've never known anyone like him in real life, but marriage is the most dangerous game we play.
- I am a firm believer in the power of energy to heal, and the untapped abilities of the human mind. Love is the most healing power of all.
