Stalked through space, hunted by Blane's brother Ryol, the two make their way to Kyffin. Despite their growing passion, Blane won't confess his secrets. Ange wants to trust Blane. She thinks she's falling in love - or is that just the scent of desire?

Usually, I have at least a sketchy plot outline when I start a book, but with this one I tried just writing "into the mist," without knowing where the story was going. It was an adventure, but not one I'd really care to repeat. The book took me twice as long as usual. On the other hand, the end result was great!

So many people have reported strange encounters with "alien" beings over the centuries. Call them aliens, or fairies or elves or whatever --there has to be something behind the legend. Scent of Desire offers one possible explanation.
- I wonder how much scent does influence our feelings toward people. Of course, I'm talking about more than the impact of BO.I've known a few people with that problem, unfortunately. I mean the subliminal effect of scents to attract or repel.
